Rubble Master is developing a range of new products following its acquisition of Northern Irish mobile screen unit manufacturer Maximus. Essex, UK-based SRC Aggregates has bought five new Mercedes-Benz Aroc tipper trucks. The move follows the company’s purchase of an 8x4 Aroc eight months ago - the first Mercedes-Benz vehicle it had bought. All the Arocs have been supplied by dealer Orwell Truck & Van. A team at Lancaster University say they have created a new ‘smart’ cement mixture that can store electrical energy and monitor its own structural health.
