Euro Auctions, a leading auctioneer of used construction and quarrying machinery, industrial plant and agricultural equipment, reported record results for its three-day Leeds, England, ‘start-of-the-year’ unreserved auction.
The total hammer at the 31 January-2 February event was over £40.5 million (€45.6 million), almost 30% up on the previous year’s opening sale. The number of lots sold also topped the 4,500 mark, delivering an average lot price of almost £9,000 with total bidder numbers up almost 20%
