4781 Xylem, a leading global water technology company dedicated to solving the world’s most challenging water issues, has launched a new online dewatering platform.

The company says that the new website brings Xylem’s dewatering product brands, 6629 Flygt and 627 Godwin, together on one comprehensive web platform, “delivering rich product content and tools to enable quick customer access to Xylem’s industry-leading rental services and expertise.”

Designed in close consultation with customers across the construction, mining, municipal and industrial segments, the new platform aims to improve customers’ online experience with Xylem, which says that the site offers significant new content including product, service, parts and application information to streamline customers’ research and decision making. It also features advanced functionality including blogs, a robust site search and mobile compatibility for easy access in the field. Reflecting Xylem’s global footprint, the site provides country-relevant content based on where the customer is located.

“We’ve listened closely to our customers and built our new website based on their needs and with their user experience firmly in mind,” says Colin Sabol, senior vice president and president of Xylem’s dewatering business.

“We know that our customers want an informative self-serve environment to research and explore their options. Based on that premise, the site represents our broad range of products and deep expertise in solving complex challenges. For example, our new Pump Finde’ tool allows customers to quickly narrow to the most appropriate products for specific applications. Customers can also find information on our floodwater drainage to slurry pumping capabilities, as well as the benefits of our rental solutions.”

Additionally, the new online dewatering hub features case studies, white papers, how to videos and manuals to provide customers with a wide array of engaging reference information relevant to their industry and application.

A blog section hosted by Xylem subject matter experts contains educational articles on important regulations such as Tier 4, as well as repair and maintenance best practice tips, says the company.
