South African company Sephaku Cement recorded a 36% rise in revenue in the year to March 2015, followed by 39% in earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) to ZAR 139mn (US$11.34 million).
The Nigerian-backed cement producer further reported its operating profit up 44% to ZAR 109 million, followed by 57% in profit before tax to ZAR 72 million on a year-on-year basis, and a net profit of ZAR 47 million.
At the same time, Sephaku Cement registered an annual growth of 29% in sales to ZAR 521 million in the quarter ended March 2015.
