Poland: bankrupt quarry firm KKSM attracts potential buyers

According to the bankruptcy administrator for the Polish quarrying company Kieleckie Kopalnie Surowcow Mineralnych (KKSM), a total of 11 offers were submitted to buy the company before the closing date of 31 July, 2015. He would not reveal the identity of the interested parties, but said that more details would be made available in the second half of August. According to the bankruptcy administrator for the Polish quarrying company 1825 Kieleckie Kopalnie Surowcow Mineralnych (KKSM), a total of 11 offers were submitted to buy the company before the closing date of 31 July, 2015.

He would not reveal the identity of the interested parties, but said that more details would be made available in the second half of August.

The administrator has been allowed to sell the company with a free hand after two previous sales attempts failed.

The minimum sale price has been fixed at PLN 65.70 million (€15.85 million).
