According to Superior, the major asset associated with the transaction is a ten-year-old, 70,000 square foot (6,500m²) plant that currently employs 30 employees.

Earlier this year, Superior purchased Clemro Western. This Calgary, Alberta, Canadian division has manufactured its own line of cone and jaw crushers for more than three decades.
Superior Industries, which has its headquarters in Morris, Minnesota, USA, manufactures and supplies bulk crushing, screening, washing and conveying systems for industries including construction aggregates, mining, bulk terminals, agriculture, power and biomass.
