Cementos Molins’ profits up 37.6% in first nine months of 2015

Net consolidated profits of Spanish cement firm Cementos Molins increased by 37.6% year-on-year in the first nine months of 2015 to €41.9 million due to the good trading of its international operations, especially in Mexico and Argentina. Although the Spanish subsidiary has registered an improvement in results, it is still posting negative net profits, while profits of the international divisions increased by 7.5% to €51 million. Net consolidated profits of Spanish cement firm 4709 Cementos Molins increased by 37.6% year-on-year in the first nine months of 2015 to €41.9 million due to the good trading of its international operations, especially in Mexico and Argentina.

Although the Spanish subsidiary has registered an  improvement in results, it is still posting negative net profits, while profits of the international divisions increased by 7.5% to €51 million. At the same time, net consolidated revenues went up by 21.8% to €473 million, and revenues from its international divisions increased by 33.3%. Furthermore, operating profits went up 2% to €19 million.
