Work started on JSW Steel's cement plant

Work has started on JSW Steel's new 2.4 million tonne/year cement plant with 300MW power plant in Salboni, West Bengal, India. The INR 7 billion (€97.31 million/US$105.68 million) facility spans 50 hectares and will employ 150 people directly, with at least 1,000 construction jobs created, according to a company official.
