Kirovogradgranit has become the first of the Ukrainian companies to received a licence to import its products to Russia.
The first batch of 902tonnes of crushed stone from Novopavlovsk Granite Quarry has been sent to the Belgorod-based company Polikom-Stroyservis (Central Federal District).
The Ministry of Construction has received applications from another five Ukrainian manufacturers of non-metallic materials.
