In February 2016, the price index of construction materials for new buildings dropped by 2.3%, compared with February 2015, and by 0.2% compared with January this year, according to recent data released by the national statistics office ELSTAT.
In the March 2015-February 2016 period, the index fell by 2%, compared with the corresponding period in the previous term.
