Tajikistan company Ghayue Cement and China's Huaxin Cement have launched the Huaxin Ghayue-Sughd Cement plant in the Sughd region of Tajikistan.
The investments in the project totalled TJS 1 billion (€113.81 million/US$127.08 million).
The plant's capacity amounts to 1 million tonnes/year.
