Peter Nelson has been named as the new interim chairman of South Africa-based cement and lime manufacturer PPC.
Nelson was previously PPC's independent non-executive director and was appointed to this position in January 2016.
Nelson's appointment as the company's new interim chairman follows the departure of former chairman Bheki Sibiya who retired from his chairmanship at the end of January 2016.
