Saudi Aramco (Saudi Arabian Oil Company) has awarded an EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contract to Canada-based SNC-Lavalin for the asphalt production expansion project at the Ras Tanura refinery.
Local subsidiary Saudi Arabian Kentz will handle the 18-month contract execution, which includes comprehensive engineering and detailed design, procurement, installation, construction and commissioning.
