Russia sees Q1 cement drop

CMPRO, the Russian Cement Association, is reported as saying that the output of cement in the country has fallen by 18% to 8.86 million tonnes in the first quarter of 2016, compared to the same quarter in 2015. A reduction in construction is blamed on a drop in an 18% drop in sales of cement.
