The Angolan Technical Department for Private Investment (UTIP) has signed an agreement with Chinese company Shaanxi Aoxinang.
It involves the installation of a concrete production plant in Luanda with an investment estimated at US$1 million (€899,979.11).
It is said that the plant, with a capacity of 40,000m³ of concrete, will initially produce some 21,200m³, and will create 140 jobs.
