Lundbeckfond Invest’s FLSmidth shares

Lundbeckfonden has informed FLSmidth that it has transferred its shares to Lundbeckfond Invest A/S, which is Lundbeckfonden's 100% owned subsidiary. Lundbeckfonden and Lundbeckfond Invest A/S informed FLSmidth that they held a total of 5,142,655 shares in FLSmidth & Co, which corresponded to 10.03% of the total nominal share capital.

Lundbeckfonden has informed 7451 FLSmidth that it has transferred its shares to Lundbeckfond Invest A/S, which is Lundbeckfonden's 100% owned subsidiary.

Lundbeckfonden and Lundbeckfond Invest A/S informed FLSmidth that they held a total of 5,142,655 shares in FLSmidth & Co, which corresponded to 10.03% of the total nominal share capital.

FLSmidth: H1 2014 sees ‘significant improvement in margins’

Danish company FLSmidth says that for the half-year from 1 January-30 June, 2014, it has seen a significant improvement in margins.

FLSmidth Q1 2018 interim report

In its interim report for interim report for Q1 2018, FLSmidth & says it has had its highest service order intake since Q4 2012 and its first large mining order in three years.
