Turkish-based Toraman Makina has signed up to become a new member of the Materials Handling Engineers’ Association (MHEA).

The company, founded in Ankara in 1944, designs and manufactures conveying systems, bucket elevators, rotary valves, feeders, crash hammers, sieves and machines for the bulk solids handling industry.

It is a well-known name in the sector, with a reputation for high quality products, dedicated staff and first-class customer service, focusing in particular on mining, construction, food and chemicals.

In recent years it has started to work in treatment systems, biogas systems in Turkey, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan as consultant, designer and manufacturing company.

“As a member of the MHEA, our main aim is to work closely with other partners across the bulk materials handling industry.  We want to enhance cooperation and employ a hand-in-hand approach to make a difference,” says Güneç Aydin of Toraman Makina.
