The demand for mini excavators and heavy machinery in Italy has been increasing for the past three years and the demand for Kobelco excavators is also intensifying. Kobelco’s extensive range of high performance excavators covers both categories. With this in mind, the four new dealer appointments are important to KCME as they enable the company to enhance its service offering geographically, and further develop important customer bases in the region.

Makoto Kato, managing director of KCME, said: “Italy is one of the biggest countries where we have a passionate Kobelco fan base. We are delighted to welcome these four new dealers as they will provide a gateway for us to enter one of the top five markets in Europe. Importantly, the appointment of Bassan, SMIA, BSM and Arnus demonstrates our commitment to servicing our new customers in Italy.”
