Belgian court approves CBR purchase

The Court of Appeals of the Belgian city of Mons has approved the purchase of the Belgian quarry company Cimescaut's participation in the Antoing limestone quarry by the Belgian cement group CBR. This invalidates the decision made by the Commercial Court of Tournai in June 2011. The management of Cimescaut has said that it will look into the legal, financial, and operational consequences of this decision.

The Court of Appeals of the Belgian city of Mons has approved the purchase of the Belgian quarry company 4733 Cimescaut's participation in the Antoing limestone quarry by the Belgian cement group 674 HeidelbergCement (CBR).

This invalidates the decision made by the Commercial Court of Tournai in June 2011. The management of Cimescaut has said that it will look into the legal, financial, and operational consequences of this decision.
