Jose Luis Saenz de Miera has been appointed president and CEO of the Spanish cement company Cementos Portland Valderrivas, replacing Juan Bejar. The company has also appointed EAC Inversiones Corporativa, managed by Alicia Alcocer Koplowitz, as new vice president to the board.
