Holcim has reduced its shareholding in leading construction materials group Siam City Cement Company (SCCC), Thailand, from 36.8% to 27.5%. The shares have been bought by Bangkok Broadcasting and Television, a company of the Ratanarak Group, which will increase its shareholding in SCCC to 47%.
