FLSmidth to build Equatorial Guinea cement factory

Danish group FLSmidth has been awarded a contract for the construction of a cement factory in Akoga, Equatorial Guinea. The order from Grupo Abayak Akoga Cemento is valued at just over DKK 500mn (€67 million). Capacity of the plant, which is scheduled to be taken into operation by 2016, will be 3,000tonnes of cement per day.

Danish group 7451 FLSmidth has been awarded a contract for the construction of a cement factory in Akoga, Equatorial Guinea.

The order from Grupo Abayak Akoga Cemento is valued at just over DKK 500mn (€67 million).

Capacity of the plant, which is scheduled to be taken into operation by 2016, will be 3,000tonnes of cement per day.
