The first 7345 Plantworx equipment exhibition, which was held in Stoneleigh, near Coventry, UK, from 14–16 May, had a total attendance of 11,696 people. The number of unique visitors came to 9,445 people.

The Plantworx team says it was delighted with the high quality of those attending, with 60% of visitors pre-registering for the event.

“The British weather was true to form with torrential rain for the best part of two-days, but the sun did make an appearance on day three,” says the Construction Equipment Association (CEA),  the organisation behind Plantworx.

There were over 260 exhibitors at the exhibition, which was divided into zones: the Dig Zone hosts demonstrations of ground-breaking products, while No-Dig Zone is natural home for equipment including telehandlers, dumpers and rollers.

Demolition-related displays and demonstrations feature in the Site Clearance Zone, and the Security Village offered anti-theft devices and tracking systems.

The Pavilion showed a wide range of products and services, while Training and Education had its own dedicated area.
