Armaton, a part of First Construction Fund, is looking to build a reinforced concrete plant on a 12 ha plot in an industrial and logistics park in Novosibirsk, Siberia.
The park management company will reportedly provide connection to utilities and transport infrastructure. The enterprise will cover over 50,000m², with full-scale operation of the plant earmarked to begin in 2018. The plant capacity will be around 300,000m² of housing per annum.
