They join existing Terex Finlay machines including two 683 inclined screens, another J1175 Jaw Crusher and a C1540 Cone Crusher, which all work in unison to process limestone quarried at the Oxfordshire-based site.
Processed material includes 75-40mm gabion, used for roads and railway projects.
The new 863 also provides valuable Type 1 material, and further single-sized products of 40mm, 40-20mm, 20-10mm, 10-5mm and 5mm down are also processed by the machines.
Working at up to 200tonnes/hour, the configurations of the machinery enable the Earthline team to remain flexible to meet market demand.
Steve Wiltshire, site manager at Shipton Quarry, said: “The machinery works well and gives us lots of options in terms of what we process.
“With different meshes, we can make totally different products.
“We are particularly impressed with the new 863. We had it on trial and decided to keep it.
“We also have excellent support on site from Finlay Plant SW, which is really important for us.”
Earthline has its headquarters near Marlborough, County Wiltshire, England, and specialises in contract earthmoving, landfill facilities and aggregate supplies.
Gareth Johnson, managing director of Finlay Plant SW, part of the Finlay Group of companies, has overseen the introduction of Terex Finlay machines at Shipton Quarry.
