Ms Virve Elisabeth Meesak has been appointed to a newly-created position in
Aged 53, she is a Swedish citizen and has since 2010 been an independent human resource consultant specialised in change management, leadership training and executive coaching. She holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology and behaviourism from Stockholm University alongside a number of programmes within economics, executive leadership and coaching.
The new human resource position in group executive management has been created in an effort to effectively strengthen the FLSmidth group's competitiveness by focusing more on strategic human resource management.
