Switzerland has amended its construction product regulations to reflect change in EU law, to avoid any barriers to trade.
In 2011 Switzerland exported CHF 2.4 billion (€1.94 billion) of construction products to the EU, 81% of the sector's exports, and imported CHF 5.3 billion of construction products from the EU, 90% of the sector's imports.
