Assets and stocks of bankrupt Danish brickworks Lundgaard Teglværk is to be taken over by Randers Tegl by 1 January 2014.
Randers Tegl will make use of the equipment for its investment in Hammershøj Teglværk, which is targeting niche markets where demand is increasing despite the sector's crisis.
