The Siberian Centre of Logistics (SCL, Tomsk, Siberia), which engages in aggregate materials production and logistics, has taken out a 1.5 year loan of €6.63 million from VTB bank. SCL comprises Tomsk Shipping Company and Samus Shipbuilding Yard.
The money is to pay for the shipping of aggregate materials by water transport.
