Room joins the company’s leadership team and will report into Cyrille Ragoucy, chief executive officer. She will be responsible for leading commercial and marketing strategy across Lafarge Tarmac and developing customer-focused solutions.
An experienced strategic business-to-business marketer, she has provided counsel to chief executives and chairs, for various companies within the built-environment arena, during her 25-year career.
Room has previously held international executive roles with ISS and Jones Lang Wootton (now Jones Lang LaSalle), and advised Scott Wilson ahead of its flotation and subsequent acquisition by URS Corporation.
