Portugal: InterCement receives €1.83mn in dividends

The performance of the Portuguese cement company Cimpor in 2013 yielded a dividend volume of €1.83 million to its largest shareholder, InterCement, controlled by the Brazilian group Camargo Correa. The recent shareholders' meeting approved the payment of a gross dividend of €0.0029 per share. InterCement controls 94.1% of the stock of Cimpor which allocated €1.948 million for the payment of dividends.

The recent shareholders' meeting approved the payment of a gross dividend of €0.0029 per share. InterCement Controls 94.1% of the stock of Cimpor which allocated €1.948 million for the payment of dividends.
