HCEE appoints new spare parts manager

Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe(HCEE) has appointed Agnieszka Kilshaw as new spare parts manager for the European market. She will be in charge of the complete parts organisation, both for the construction equipment and material handling business units. She has 13 years of experience in parts sales, and was previously involved in business development, key account management and parts logistics for various companies.

429 Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe(HCEE) has appointed Agnieszka Kilshaw as new spare parts manager for the European market.

She will be in charge of the complete parts organisation, both for the construction equipment and material handling business units.

She has 13 years of experience in parts sales, and was previously involved in business development, key account management and parts logistics for various companies.

She will report directly to Alain Worp, managing director HCEE.

“It is a pillar without which we could not operate as all the other departments depend on our efficiency and rapidity. My vision is very clear. The main pillars are high parts availability, service efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.”
