8080 Terex Trucks has appointed three additional regional managers in aftermarket and customer support as part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to support dealers and customers.

Manuel Nemer, Paul Culliford and Joe Sottosanti will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction, vehicle off-road awareness, and parts marketing and engagement.

“We see ourselves as the specialist in off-road truck solutions and that means continuing to invest in resources that ensure we’re in a position to give the best possible support to our customers and dealers,” explained Sam Wyant, sales and marketing global director for Terex Trucks. “It is our top priority to meet customer expectations before, during and after the sale of a truck – and our experienced new team members will be instrumental in that.”

Based in North Carolina, Manuel Nemer has been appointed regional aftermarket commercial manager for the Americas region. During 14 years in various aftermarket roles, Nemer has worked with 473 Volvo Mexico as well as Macks Trucks, supporting North and Latin America. With extensive knowledge and experience in the Americas region, as well as fluency in English and Spanish, Nemer is a valuable addition to Terex Trucks’ aftermarket team.

Paul Culliford worked with 3652 Terex Corporation for 12 years supporting dealers globally, with a focus on emerging markets. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French and German, and has extensive aftermarket experience. Now based at the Terex Trucks headquarters in Motherwell, Scotland, Paul has been appointed Terex Trucks’ regional aftermarket business development manager for Europe, Africa and Russia CIS.

Nemer and Culliford are both responsible for working with dealers to develop parts business, and to maximize revenues in their regions.

Joe Sottosanti is based in Fort Worth, Texas and is supporting Nick Love, head of customer support. Drawing on 20 years’ experience in off-highway trucks in the USA and Latin America, Sottosanti has been appointed regional customer support manager for the West Coast of America. He will be working closely with dealers to maintain customer satisfaction in Terex Trucks products and services.
