1707 Aggregate Industries, a leading player in the construction and infrastructure industries, continues to invest in the next generation, having recently launched its 2018 graduate programme.

Each year the business offers a number of different initiatives designed to give people an opportunity to learn new skills and practice them in a live environment, as a solid basis for career development.

Positively, 2018 sees the launch of Aggregate Industries new commercial graduate scheme, focused on the diverse commercial opportunities which exist in the UK wide company.

James Roberts, Organisation & Human Resources Director at Aggregate Industries, comments: “As a large employer we take our responsibility to invest in the next generation very seriously, which is why our established graduate programme is a driver to deliver future business leaders.

“We also continue to strive for diversity and inclusion within the sector which is why we are working hard to attract more females onto our schemes – encouragingly, in recent years we have seen a rise in our female intake and hope this will continue for the long-term.”
