In addition, CEMEX delivered over 1,100m3 of light grey architectural concrete for the construction of the walls of several buildings, some of which are up to 3m high. Bouygues Construction, the company in charge of the structural works, used CEMEX Go, the company's digital platform, to order all the concrete and monitor its delivery in real-time. This digital tool optimized the site's organization, which was essential given the tight deadlines.

The objective was to create a group of buildings capable of accommodating 750 students in the short term, then 900 in the medium term, thanks to a modular construction system. The mix of wood and concrete materials is particularly prominent in this new public building.
