The major Asian cement producer joins China National Building Material Group and China United Cement Rizhao Gangzhong Company as Chinese founder members of WCA. WCA calls on cement industry to speed up decarbonisation efforts

The World Cement Association has urged the industry to more swiftly adopt new technologies and put greater focus on innovation to make progress on reducing CO2 emissions.

West China Cement has joined the World Cement Association.

The Chinese manufacturing group is one of the leading cement producers in Shaanxi Province, with a strong market position in eastern and southern Shaanxi and a presence in Xinjiang and Guizhou Provinces.

With over 40 years of development, the group has nearly 6,000 employees and production capabilities of 30 million tonnes of cement, 10 million tonnes of aggregate, and 10 million cubic meters of commercial concrete.
