Effective 1 April 2020, de Kruijf will take responsibility for the group's financial operations, regional finance teams and financial relations.
With the appointment of de Kruijf, Magna Tyres Group is assured of a financial expert as it continues to grow and embark on the upcoming years in the challenging off-highway equipment tyre business.
A highly qualified financial director with a strong background and a broad exposure in several financial disciplines, de Kruijf's financial expertise, astute analytical abilities and financial insights will, says company management, be a major asset and contribute immediately to advancing Magna Tyres Group's priorities.
Speaking about his new position, de Kruijf said: “I am very excited to have been appointed to the role as chief financial officer at such an industry-leading business as Magna Tyres Group. As we expand our global footprint, capture new markets, my focus would be on further strengthening the balance sheet.”
