Gainwell will locally manufacture two of Lintec & Linnhoff's new Eurotec concrete batching plant series, designed specifically for the Indian market.

The partnership with Gainwell includes manufacture of Lintec & Linnhoff's Eurotec Smartec SMT and Swiftec SWT concrete plants which include a range of features and benefits, and will be sold and serviced via Gainwell Commosales.

The Swiftec line of batching plants are designed to combine high-quality output with affordability. With a modular design focused on easy transportation and fast installation/dismantling, the units require minimal foundation preparation and/or loading ramp. Once up and working, there are two-sided aggregate bins in a quadrant design for the effortless loading of aggregates.

Their compact design makes Swiftec concrete plants suited to smaller jobsites with particular appeal to contractors taking on projects in urban settings. There are three models in the new series: the SWT60, with an output capacity of up to 60m3/hr; the SWT75, with an output capacity of up to 75 m3/hr; and the SWT90, with an output capacity of up to 90 m3/hr. All models feature a twin-shaft mixer for the best possible concrete mix quality.

The smaller capacity Smartec SMT range of batching plants are designed to offer contractors and builders an agile and productive performance for even the most constrained sites.

These compact units are suitable for urban jobsites and the delivery of high-quality concrete to suit a range of applications. Their design includes a skip-hoist system for a smaller footprint, while their modular set-up makes them easy to be transported in standard containers when being moved to the next jobsite. There is only a minimal foundation required (or no foundation at all in some cases) which makes them even faster to prepare onsite.

There are two models in the range: the SMT20, with an output capacity of 20m3/hr; and the SMT30, with an output capacity of 30 m3/hr.

“Both the Swiftec and Smartec ranges highlight our commitment to customers,” said R. Sakthi, CEO of Lintec & Linnhoff Concrete. “These units are perfectly suited to the needs of Indian contractors, to give them quality output at an affordable price. As the Indian economy continues its expansion, having efficient construction methodology will be key to the country meeting its ambitious targets.”

Manav Kohli, chief operating officer – CI, Gainwell Commosales, commented “With the sustained growth in infrastructure projects in India, the two new series from Eurotec manufactured locally at the Gainwell facility in Asansol, India will bring state-of-the-art solutions closer to home to meet this demand. The globally-renowned Eurotec brand has contributed to various high-profile projects around the world, and we are confident it will make its mark here in India."

All Eurotec concrete batching plants in India will be sold and serviced locally in India via the sales and marketing arm of the Gainwell Group, Gainwell Commosales.
