Concrete admixture manufacturer Oscrete UK continues its 2022 growth trajectory with the appointment of three new sales managers and two new trainee concrete technicians.

David Todd joins as Area Technical Sales Manager (North), David Taylor as Area Sales Manager (Midlands), and Karl Mobley, Area Technical Sales Manager (South East), all join the team this month (October).

Meanwhile, brothers Keiron and Michael Todd are the latest recruits into Oscrete's recently expanded lab, joining the new product development (NPD) and technical team, which is seeing unprecedented customer demand for product innovation and development.

Director Scott Wilson said the appointments reflect the pace of change and development within the industry and support Oscrete's ongoing growth strategy.

"Our team of experienced sales managers is benefitting from the additional sector knowledge of our newest recruits who will be supporting our customer base across the North, the South and the Midlands," he said.

"Alongside our strengthened sales force, we are investing in further growth within our laboratory with the appointment of our new trainee concrete technicians Keiron and Michael Todd, who are adding additional resource and creating capacity within this busy and expanding area of our business. We're delighted to welcome all five into their new roles and are looking forward to everyone sharing the benefits of our expanding, experienced team."

Oscrete's latest appointments follow on from the promotion of Matthew Gabriel to the role of NPD and Sustainability Manager and two new additions to the customer service team – Sarah McCoy and Simon Clarke - as Oscrete focuses even further on customer relationships.

David Todd, whose previous roles include Account Manager for international building materials specialist Cemex, is responsible for customer liaison, partnerships and development in the north of the country. He said: "It's a very exciting time to be joining Oscrete as the industry moves at a dynamic pace. Being part of such a close-knit team which holds so much sector experience and expertise is a fantastic opportunity to really use my own 11 years in the construction industry to add real value to Oscrete's customer base and to help develop new customers in the coming months."
