ALLU Transformer Series are used in mining processes, quarrying and aggregates for crushing and loading of raw material, such as soft limestone, and this can be completed in one cycle. Miller UK, a leading global attachments manufacturer, has appointed Nick Kealy as its new business development manager for London and South East England. Kealy will be the main point of contact for current customers and will be responsible for securing new clients, with a particular emphasis on rolling out Miller UK next generation quick couplers in 2018.

Atlas Copco has agreed a deal to acquire Cate Drilling Solutions, a U.S. company that distributes and services Atlas Copco drilling equipment and components.

Cate Drilling Solutions is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is active in the states of Utah, Nevada, Wyoming and Idaho. The company is an Atlas Copco full service distributor for surface drilling products. Cate Drilling Solutions also has a state-of-the-art remanufacturing shop that further serves customers’ needs. It has 35 employees.

After completing a name change, Erket, a German manufacturer of excavator attachments based in Hämbach in the Thuringia region of Germany, is now KEMROC. Erket products are now sold under the KEMROC brand name and the company has completed the change process by renaming the company KEMROC. Company ownership remains unchanged and the product portfolio will be expanded.
