Caterpillar has announced that Frank Crespo, its vice president of Global Supply Network Division (GSND), has elected to retire from the 1 February 2018. The GSND will also be consolidated into existing divisions within the company.
Crespo joined Caterpillar in 2010 and has led the procurement teams, along with our global suppliers, to achieve procurement processes and deliver on its customer commitments.
Denise Johnson, Caterpillar group president of Resource Industries, said: “We thank Frank for his commitment and dedication to Caterpillar and his contribution to the success of our customers."
He was previously vice president and chief procurement officer with Honeywell International Inc, where he was responsible for setting strategic direction, developing and managing the supplier base and driving supplier alliance relationships.
