Granite Construction one of America’s Best Mid-Size Employers by Forbes for the third consecutive year. The annual ranking recognises employers based on an independent survey on over 30,000 US employees working for large and mid-size US firms, divisions of international companies or institutions.
The survey asked how likely employees would be to recommend their company and other ones in the industry to someone else.
Forbes conducted the anonymous survey with the assistance of Statista.com. Respondents were asked to rate 30 work related attributes grouped in terms of atmosphere, compensation and diversity to ascertain if the employers make their employees feel secure, understood, needed and inspired.
