Metso has appointed members of its audit committee and remuneration and human resources committee. Additionally, personnal representative Raimo Brand has been invited to participate in the board’s meetings as the personal representative as an invited expert.
Arja Talma has been appointed chair of the audit committee along with committee members Nina Kopola and Antti Mäkinen.
Mikael Lilius has been elected chair of remuneration and human resources Committee. He will work with members Christer Gardell and Lars Josefsson.
