The National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) is judges for its Community Relations and Environmental Excellence awards for the extended deadline 31 July.
The NSSGA says it needs association members to review the applications to determine which pits and quarries receive gold, silver or bronze awards.
Also, judges will be entered in drawings for several $50 gift cards just for reviewing a handful of applications.
