U.S. Concrete has acquired Junction-based ready-mixed concrete producer Cherokee Bridge and Road Inc (Cherokee) to enhance its West Texas strategic development initiatives. Cherokee will become part of its Ingram Concrete LLC subsidiary.
Cherokee serves the counties of Kimble and Menard through its three ready-mixed concrete plants.
