US Concrete has acquired a new ready-mixed concrete plant as part of a strategy to increase its scale and capacity to serve Philadelphia's metropolitan market. It follows the company's recent additions of Action Supply and Corbett Aggregates.
Through the strategic acquisition, US Concrete will integrate all of the assets into its existing Philadelphia operation.
