France’s quarry and construction materials organisation UNICEM has recognised a further four Cemex quarries as having reached the highest standard in its environmental charter.

France’s quarry and construction materials organisation 1850 Unicem has recognised a further four 643 Cemex quarries as having reached the highest standard in its environmental charter. The aggregates sites at Avensan, Caresse Cassaber, Labatut and Saint-Sever have all attained the highest standard in terms of water use, noise and air pollution and minimisation of waste, as well as cooperation with local communities and authorities.
