Italcementi invests €150mn in its Rezzato plant renewal

Italian cement manufacturer Italcementi is investing € 150 million on the upgrade of its plant in Rezzato, northern Italy. The firm says that new cutting edge technology could cut the site’s production costs by up to 23%, and CO2 emissions by 75%. The plant is expected to become operational by the end of 2014, with no job cuts.
