Volvo Construction Equipment has moved into its new headquarters at Campus Lundby in Gothenburg, Sweden. To mark the move, an inauguration ceremony involving senior company executives and around 500 employees was held on Monday 3 September.

“At Volvo CE we have always collaborated with other parts of the Volvo Group, but our new shared headquarters will facilitate closer collaboration and cooperation,” says Melker Jernberg, president of Volvo CE. “Campus Lundby has brought us all together and it will help us build better, stronger working relationships that will benefit our customers.”

Campus Lundby is a large site, covering an area of 375,000m² – equivalent to 54 football pitches. From its glass-fronted buildings to its open-plan office layouts, Campus Lundby is designed to get people talking and working together. It is home to a diverse, international workforce with employees from 60 countries based at the site.
