The complete value of the order is approximately €150 million. The complete value of the equipment order amounts to approximately €65 million.
Under the current equipment contract, Metso will supply a primary gyratory crusher, three cone crushers, one semi-autogenous grinding mill, three screens and three ball mills for the first plant of the new Tominsky GOK copper concentrator.
The delivery also includes on-site supervisory services for the installation and commissioning, and on-site training for operating personnel. The equipment deliveries will be completed in fourth quarter 2015.
Metso's six-year life-cycle service contract includes maintenance; planning and operational assistance, process and product support services, as well as wear and spare parts and components for the comminution circuit. Metso will also maintain auxiliary equipment for the whole comminution circuit from the gyratory crusher to the hydro-cyclones.
ZAO Russian Copper Company (RMK) was founded in 2004, and it produces copper concentrate, copper cathodes and copper rods.
The start-up of the first plant of Tominsky GOK is planned for fourth quarter of 2016.
